The problem
Somewhere along the way, most of us picked up the idea that mission work belongs to professionals. So we waited. We figured we'd help by writing a check.

What we do
Jesus said go and make disciples of all nations — every ethnos. We're built to reach different ethnic groups with the gospel.
Planting churches is the most effective way to reach and disciple people. We believe Jesus when He said I will build my church.
The best pastors in Africa are indigenous pastors. We train and inspire them through leadership conferences in remote villages.
Ordinary believers go on two-week missions and come home transformed. Most lead someone to Jesus for the first time in their lives.
